Travis Burggraf
Founder and Managing Director
Travis brings over a decade of experience managing large, complex construction projects across program management, project management, project controls, and claims consulting. Throughout his career, he’s worked on behalf of owners, MEP contractors, and general contractors, giving him unique insight into every stakeholder’s perspective and priorities.
This cross-functional expertise allows Travis to speak the language of everyone involved, from mechanical teams on the job site to executives in the boardroom. He’s skilled at translating technical constraints into business decisions and ensuring alignment across all parties.
Travis is focused on bringing clarity to clients and project teams, helping them understand exactly what to expect from their capital projects. As a collaborative partner and trusted advisor, he identifies not only downside risks but also the opportunities that come from effective controls and governance strategies.
His primary expertise is in healthcare facilities, data centers, and energy infrastructure, with additional experience across commercial, institutional, and industrial construction.
